Theodoulos Miltiadous

Theodoulos joined the firm in 2003 as a partner when he was appointed as the head of the Conveyancing Department. He oversees all aspects of conveyancing and notarial work, for both the commercial and residential sector, administration of estates, wills and trusts.

Theodoulos also attends to the registration of all types transfers and mortgage bonds including commercial bonds, opening of sectional title registers, consolidations, subdivisions and township development.

The department prides itself in having a number of commercial banks as its clients.

Theodoulos is an experienced admitted attorney, notary public and conveyancer, he has also acted as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court.  He speaks English, Afrikaans, Greek and French.
