Maruschka Wolmarans

Maruschka joined the firm in 2010 as a paralegal in the conveyancing department. While working full time at Lowndes Dlamini Inc, Maruschka studied part time through the University of South Africa and obtained a LL.B degree.  

She completed her articles at the firm as a Candidate Attorney and was later appointed as an Associate Attorney. Maruschka is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.  

She attends to all types of conveyancing transactions including all types of transfers, mortgage bonds, commercial & corporate bonds, opening of sectional title registers, consolidations, subdivisions, servitudes, township registers and related development work. Maruschka is well versed in numerous conveyancing software systems and can draft all types of conveyancing documents.
