Gillian specialises in matrimonial law having completed her Master’s degree in family law two years ago. She is competent where all matters pertaining to family and child law, both defended and undefended divorce, primary residency and contact, commercial issues arising from matrimonial and divorce-related matters are concerned.

She was admitted as an attorney in January 1998 and practised as such until February 2002. She was then admitted as a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates. She was subsequently readmitted as an attorney and has acted in the areas of commercial dispute resolution and matrimonial law.

Gillian’s particular and intensive experience acquired in the area of family law over the past several years has stood her in good stead when providing support of a high standard to her clients.
