Allan Lowndes

Allan, the founder member of the firm, is well known and highly regarded for his extensive experience and successes in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters. He has a particular flare for corporate, commercial litigation.

He matriculated at St. Andrews College in Grahamstown and went on to study a B.Com LL.B at Rhodes University.

He advises both domestic and multinational corporate clients in relation to significant disputes across a wide spectrum ranging from commercial and corporate issues to construction and engineering matters. Allan’s no-nonsense, savvy and practical approach to dispute resolutions has earned him the status of someone you want on your side.  Allan is also a qualified Conflict Dynamics mediator.
